Registration Policies


In order to be included in the ICSGTEIS 2021 proceedings, authors are required to:

  • Submit the final manuscript (IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF) through Udayana Conference System.
  • Complete the registration process. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and complete the registration payment.

The ICSGTEIS 2021 is a participating conference; therefore the accepted papers must be presented as scheduled on the conference program. Non presented papers will not be included in the submission to the IEEE Xplore®. The conference organizer reserves the right to cancel publication for authors with incomplete registration.

Kindly note that each registration for the conference covers up to two papers. Authors with more than two accepted papers must pay separate registration fees for each additional paper.

For online registration, please login to the Udayana Conference System using your account and follow the steps that have been determined.

Methods of Payment


  • The only available payment method is by Wire Transfer.
  • The conference committee must receive the full amount of the registration fee. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender’s Side. Please write your name and paper number on the remark column of the bank slip/transfer receipt.
  • The registration fee for in-person participant covers publication, conference kit, lunch and coffee break. The registration fee does not cover the accommodation, transportation and other traveling related expenses.
  • The registration fee for virtual participant covers publication only.
  • A copy of bank slip/transfer receipt should be uploaded through Udayana Conference System (UCS).
  • A Registration Confirmation will be emailed after clearance of the full payment. Please note that wire transfer usually takes few days for processing.
  • Registration receipt will be emailed to the registrants.

Cancellation and Refund Policies


  • Registration cancellation must be directed to the ICSGTEIS 2021 Secretariat by e-mail at icsgteis@unud.ac.id.
  • Due to administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference. An administration fee will be deducted from the total amount of the registration paid.
  • For cancellation by 15 October 2021, 50% refund.
  • For cancellation after 15 October 2021, no refund.

Invitation Letter


The ICSGTEIS 2021 Secretariat will issue an Invitation Letter upon request for registrants who need to apply for visa or financial support. Visa fees or any relevant expenses are to be borne by the registrants. To request an invitation letter, please contact the ICSGTEIS 2021 Secretariat at icsgteis@unud.ac.id
